Meet Achilles who was rescued a few months ago from a bad situation of neglect and found himself headed to a kill shelter. A rescuer couldn't allow that to happen so she stepped in and brought him into the EHR family. She is now fostering him and Achilles lives in a house filled with fellow canines, happy to find himself safe and loved at last.
Achilles is 1 to 1 1/2 years old - he's a super loving dog who just craves human attention. He gets along well with all other dogs. Although he is fairly submissive to other dogs, he still plays a little rough. He would love to go to a home that had another canine sibling and possibly a backyard to run around in.
Achilles seems to love all people as well. He gets so excited to see people and just wants to hug everybody! He is such a happy dog and it seems as though his tail never stops wagging.
Achilles is ready for his new home! EHR has had him neutered and he's up to date on his vaccines & has been microchipped. He's crate trained, too!
If you'd like to meet this boy, please fill out a dog adoption application at www.ehrdogs.org and be sure to ask for him by name!!
