Thank you for submitting an application for Eleventh Hour Rescue's Junior Volunteer Program. This form should be completed by the Junior Volunteer applicant and the Parent/Legal Guardian of the Junior Volunteer.  All Juniors are expected to have an adult parent/legal guardian present when volunteering. 

We will process your application as soon as possible. Once approved, you will be receiving an invite to a volunteer orientation, which is needed prior to volunteering. If you do not receive this invite, please send an e-mail to jrvolunteer@ehrdogs.org and we will respond ASAP. Please be sure to check your spam folder as sometimes the invitations do end up in there.
