PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE PROCEEDING:

• You must select at least one adoptable rabbit of interest from the designated drop-down screen when completing this application.

• Please be advised that an application approval does NOT guarantee you the rabbit you are applying for.

• Please keep in mind that the rabbit you apply for may already have several applications submitted and may no longer be available at the time of your approval.  

• Please read each question carefully and be sure to answer thoroughly.  Submitting an incomplete application will only delay the application processing time.

• Please complete only one application, regardless of the number of rabbits you are willing to adopt from our organization.  If you are approved, your approval is accepted for all of our rabbits, which are a good match.

• If you have applied with, or adopted from us over 6 months ago, that approval has expired.  Please complete a new application.

• If the rabbit you applied for is no longer available or not a good fit, we are happy to work with you to find a rabbit that best suits you and your lifestyle.

• Once your application is approved, an adoption specialist will contact you with the status of the rabbit(s) you applied for.

ELEVENTH HOUR RESCUE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY APPLICATION BASED ON OUR STANDARDS AND POLICIES, AND THE REASON FOR THE DETERMINATION IS CONFIDENTIAL.
