PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE PROCEEDING:

• You must select at least ONE adoptable dog of interest from the designated drop-down screen when completing this application.  If you don't have a particular dog in mind, please select "ANY DOG" from the drop-down.

• Please be advised that an application approval does NOT guarantee you the dog you are applying for.

• Please complete only one application, regardless of the number of dogs you are willing to adopt from our organization.  If you are approved, your approval is accepted for all of our dogs.

• Applications are good for six months! After six months you will need to fill out a new application. 

• If the dog you applied for is no longer available or not a good fit, we are happy to work with you to find a dog that best suits you and your lifestyle.

• Once your application is approved, an adoption specialist will contact you with the status of the dog, or you are welcome to head over to an event or to our adoption center located at our Dog Eared Thrift Store: 275 Route 10 East, next to the Dollar Tree, Succasunna NJ  

• When searching for a new family member, the entire household, including any canine family and members must attend the meet and greet prior to adoption.

ELEVENTH HOUR RESCUE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY APPLICATION BASED ON OUR STANDARDS AND POLICIES, AND THE REASON FOR THE DETERMINATION IS CONFIDENTIAL.
